BOY TIME

This past weekend I headed up to Chicago to celebrate my sister's bachelorette weekend while Matt stayed home with Matthew and Declan. Though Matt has spent time alone w/ both the boys, its never been for 2 1/2 whole days! Needless to say, my hubby was thrown into the deep end of the pool ... and did a FANTASTIC job of holding it all together :)



When I arrived home on Sunday, not only was the house still intact (and relatively clean), but the boys were happy as can be, the laundry done and dinner on the table! All in all, I'd say Matt is a regular "Mr. Mom".

On a side note - I was lucky enough to stay in the Presidential Suite at the Drake Hotel where Princess Di stayed while in Chicago! It was the most amazing sight!! The rooms were gorgeous and the view of Lakeshore was outstanding! I felt like a princess :)

We head home to Pittsburgh on Friday for a relaxing visit. We can't wait to hang out with Nanny and Bup Bup and finally introduce Declan to Mimi! Will keep you posted with pics as the crazy month comes to an end!
